The following materials are banned from being buried in the Landfill of North Iowa:

• Clean Corrugated Cardboard
• Newspaper and Magazines
• Yardwaste and Tree Branches
• Tires and Appliances
• Hazardous Materials or Free Liquids
• Automobile Batteries (lead-acid)
• Televisions and Computer Monitors

Provisions have been made at the Landfill of North Iowa to accept all of the above for proper disposal except for newspaper and magazines.
